Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 16 years as a data-entry clerk

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 16 weeks. Thank you in advance. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
