Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 15 years as an accountant

Oluwaseun Lindqvist · 2026-07-18T02:48:44.043Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
