Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 15 years as a production planner

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Buffalo that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
