Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 15 years as a procurement assistant

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 15 weeks. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
