Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 15 years as a dental hygienist

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Oklahoma City that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?
