Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 12 years as a retail manager

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tulsa that might lead to something longer. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
