Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 12 years as a line cook

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?
