Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 11 years as a home health aide

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Birmingham that might lead to something longer. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
