Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? after 10 years as a teaching assistant

A retailer and two warehouses near Sacramento are hiring seasonal staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
