Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?, accounts payable clerk here

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
