Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 4 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
