Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 12 weeks. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
