Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Atlanta that might lead to something longer. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
