Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 9 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Albuquerque that might lead to something longer. It has been a long 18 weeks. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
