Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 9 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Memphis that might lead to something longer. I worked as a copywriter before this. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
