Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 8 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Louisville that might lead to something longer. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
