Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 8 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
