Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 6 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Raleigh that might lead to something longer. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
