Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Buffalo that might lead to something longer. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
