Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 5 weeks in

Jae Castellano · 2026-06-03T23:53:21.635Z

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Jacksonville that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
