Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 5 months and counting

A retailer and two warehouses near Seattle are hiring seasonal staff. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
