Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
