Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 26 weeks in

Malaika Castellano · 2026-06-28T13:52:50.823Z

A retailer and two warehouses near Charlotte are hiring seasonal staff. It has been a long 26 weeks. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
