Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 22 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 10 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.
