Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 2 weeks in

Diego Andersson · 2026-06-08T11:10:20.947Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 5 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
