Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 2 months and counting

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Austin that might lead to something longer. It has been weighing on me all week. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Apply to several. Start dates and schedules change quickly and having options helps.

Keep a list of supervisors' names. A reference from one of them helped me land my next job.
