Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year?

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 11 weeks. I worked as a store manager before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Which employers treat seasonal workers well?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
