Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 18 weeks in

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.
