Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 17 weeks in

Leila Iyer · 2026-05-04T11:40:44.593Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 14 weeks. It has been weighing on me all week. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
