Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 14 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 6 weeks. It has been a long 18 weeks. Hours ramp up in the coming weeks. Is it worth applying to several at once?

Ask early about permanent openings. Some teams fill them from their seasonal list.

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
