Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 13 months and counting

Taylor Adeyemi · 2026-06-17T20:13:42.335Z

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 17 weeks. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would like to avoid a gap in my résumé. Has anyone been converted to permanent?
