Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 12 weeks in

I am looking at seasonal jobs around Tampa that might lead to something longer. I worked as a social media manager before this. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
