Seasonal hiring: what is paying well this year? - 12 months and counting

A staffing agency says some roles convert to permanent after 13 weeks. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The pay is hourly with weekly deposits. Has anyone been converted to permanent?

I was converted after one season because I showed up every day and volunteered for extra shifts. Managers remember that.
