Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an accountant. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
