Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. They use a short typing and listening test.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
