Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a call-centre agent. It has been a long 18 weeks. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
