Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an accountant. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
