Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. Any experience at all would help. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
