Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
