Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a sales associate. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
