Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
