Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as an HR coordinator. I worked as an HR coordinator before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Are there warning signs I should look for?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
