Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I worked as a retail manager before this. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
