Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a hotel front-desk agent. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. They use a short typing and listening test.

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
