Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I came across a list of work-from-home openings with paid training. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends.

Legitimate ones never ask for money up front. If they ask you to buy equipment first, walk away.
