Remote customer-support openings I found - what worked for you?

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a welding apprentice. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. What should I know about the test?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
