Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
