Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a pharmacy technician. I worked as a pharmacy technician before this. They use a short typing and listening test. What should I know about the test?

The test was a short typing check and a role-play call. Practising with a friend helped a lot.
