Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

I found several remote customer-support roles that do not need a degree, and I have applied to a few as a copywriter. They use a short typing and listening test. Has anyone taken one of these jobs?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
