Remote customer-support openings I found (update)

A company is hiring remote support agents on a rolling basis this month. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The schedules are set in advance, including some weekends. Are there warning signs I should look for?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Ask about the schedule and what happens when call volume drops. Some roles cut hours in slow seasons.
